This product design integrates a test bench and an auxiliary handling robot, providing an efficient and precise test system for the wheel-rail operation of bullet trains. The auxiliary material handling robot helps users install and position the wheels on the test platform, reducing the complexity of manual operation and improving work efficiency. The core test bench precisely controls the contact position and creep state through the independent control function of the wheel-rail operation test bench, simulating parameters such as the wheel operation posture and wheel-rail contact pressure at different contact positions. The system can comprehensively test the wheel-rail contact behavior and evolution law, master the combined influence of wheel-rail relative position relationship, contact position, creep state, etc., provide scientific basis and experimental platform for the wheel-rail profile matching design of EMUs, service performance evaluation and evolution law prediction, and help improve the safety and reliability of EMU design.
