Green living, sustainability, and innovation are the major requirements of this project. Our design was greatly inspired by the blessed natural environment around the site. This site is surrounded by numerous natural resource facilities from north to south, including parks, green buffers, and green recreational sports fields. We aim to build a harmonious relationship between man and nature by employing elements of art, together with the landscape outline of the naturalistic setting. Creating a perfect gateway from your day-to-day life, an unforgettable experience that you can be a part of, engage yourself in a “Hugge” new living style - a mood of coziness and comfortable conviviality with feelings of wellness and contentment.
The overall design intends to create a Contemporary Gardenesque Landscape and promote a green and wellness living style of leisure, entertainment, fitness, sustainability, and health, making it a peaceful garden isolated from the outside sophisticated city.
At the entrance, one can already feel the picturesque garden settings at the Arrival Plaza. Coherent with the surrounding architectural language and designs, the arrival plaza brings out a unique Gardenesque setting with diligent plant arrangement and an art sculpture as a focal point. The 50m long Infinity Resort Pool Garden with sun lounge pool deck on G/F creates a major outdoor activities space in the center of the development and gives a sense of aloofness from urban. There are several greenery mitigation strategies, including increasing the surface reflectivity, vegetation density, and multi-level planting layers in landscape design for this development. This project is achieved by maximizing the greenery area in the landscape environment by planting big trees and different varieties of vegetation; incorporating vertical and horizontal greening, such as over 900m2 vertical green walls, green roofs, and water features to enhance the habitat and reduce the urban heat island effect. At the same time, all these green spaces also have plenty of advantages, such as improving air quality, capturing carbon dioxide, providing sound insulation, and promoting urban biodiversity.
