Chongqing Longtousi Sports-themed Commercial Project is designed with the core concept of "sports as the core, scenarios as the vein", aiming to break the physical boundaries between traditional commerce and sports functions and build a "sports+" composite living space. Taking advantage of Longtousi's transportation hub status and population density, the project adopts a "vertical sports ecology" layout: the underground floor features a heated swimming pool and 24-hour fitness cabins to meet professional sports needs; the ground floor connects open spaces like half-basketball courts and badminton halls, paired with pop-up sports equipment stores and healthy light food areas, forming an instant "sports-as-consumption" scenario; the rooftop layer creates a skyline running track and open-air yoga platform, integrating sports with urban landscapes to allow citizens to overlook the mountain city while exercising.

The design emphasizes "all-age participation" through differentiated space division for functional compatibility: an e-sports arena and balance bike track for teenagers, a parent-child sports workshop and children's fitness center for families, and a tai chi square and walking trail for the elderly. Meanwhile, sports-themed art installations and live broadcast screens are installed, with regular community basketball games and yoga carnivals held, upgrading the commercial space from a "consumption venue" to a "sports and cultural social platform"—a new landmark activating regional vitality.
