Northwest Inspur Headquarter

The new Inspur headquarter is located in the new district of Xixian in Xi'an, China. It’s part of a vast urban planning launched by the municipality.

To create a real living place, a place where we can work, of course, but also where we can meet, have fun, exchange moments together.

A joyful and communicative environment：Break the monotony and bring more joy and happiness to people. Business districts never have a good reputation: they antagonize and depress workers, that’s why the first intention of this project is to idealize the space, to allow everyone to be in agreement with their identity. This idea is also found in the design of the facades, each one expresses natural landscapes in its own way and thus affirms its own singularity. But unique does not mean alone, they communicate with each other, connect in a network via paths and bridges. Thus their very particular character is close to that of Mankind.

The flexibility of spaces: Each company is different, each of them has its own philosophy, its own way of conceiving work and its own organization, in short its own IDENTITY. Identity remains an important key word in this concept and in order to allow everyone to express themselves properly, each interior space is characterized by a great flexibility so that each company, from the startup to the multinational, can arrange its space and create its own universe. These spaces of different heights and surfaces can be adapted to any use and function.

The omnipresence of nature: Nothing is more important for the well being than nature, a lot of nature, and here it is very present! With 75% of its land area planted, the Inspur headquarter deserves the name "Contemporary Garden City". A large central park connects the North and the South and has a multitude of small, more private satélite gardens where it is good to isolate oneself or to gather according to one's desires.

All these good intentions make this new office campus of a new kind, a pleasant, intelligent and efficient living space.
