Rooted in the philosophy of harmony between humanity, city, and nature, this project integrates contemporary aesthetics with humanistic values to create a forward-looking demonstration of “aesthetics of future living.” It bridges the cultural depth of Shanghai’s Haipai heritage with the refined lifestyle of modern elites.
Natural light becomes the protagonist of the space. The reception area features an ultra-wide glass façade to maximize daylight, while curved architectural forms enhance the play of light and shadow, conveying both urban vibrancy and serene elegance. The façade embraces classical Haipai elegance — refined carvings, symmetrical lines, and a poetic water corridor together set a calm and graceful tone.
Inside, a cascading "Floral Bloom" art installation interacts with lush tropical greenery, evoking the sense of a private garden and ceremonial order. Flowing water features in the lobby offer a nostalgic yet leisurely charm. As visitors move into the inner courtyard and gaze upon the rippling water, they are invited into a journey of seamless exploration between nature and art.
