The CG27A31-D2P is developed through research and application of user operation patterns, designed to resolve common issues found in similar products such as head bumps, visual obstruction, and frequent operational demands.
Traditional models often adopt bulky designs to maintain functionality, resulting in user pain points such as head bumps, visual obstructions To address these issues, this product, through dynamic analysis of users' operation patterns, optimizes the floating screen layout, freeing side space for a 15mm ultra-thin head that prevents head bumps and obstructed views, enhancing both cooking safety and kitchen openness and perfectly balancing performance and experience. The optimized internal diversion flue achieve a powerful suction of 32m³/min with an ultra-thin body, reaching the industry-leading level.
The product features our groundbreaking "Innovative Kunpeng Smart Air Volume Control System", performing 40 real-time temperature scans per second to enable automatic power management, intelligent suction adjustment, and dynamic negative pressure distribution. The intuitive interface design reduces operational steps by 87% and improves efficiency and relieves fatigue, achieving truly "unconscious exhaust" while establishing new industry benchmarks for human-machine interaction and smart manufacturing.
Notably, the product adopts a modular design to enable upgrading and replacement of 80% core components (e.g., control modules, middle/lower glass panels), combined with CMF configuration design to extend product lifecycle. Through efficient manufacturing processes, it delivers cost-effective solutions while improving resource utilization and reducing labor/energy consumption. This also lowers costs, offering users higher value-for-money products. Utilizing eco-friendly powder coating technology with lower costs and minimal pollution, the product employs the black crystal glass surface featuring a self-cleaning coating that replicates the "lotus effect", utilizing a precisely engineered 5-8μm protruding surface structure with a breakthrough rolling angle of <7°.
