The Kun Lun, Xi’an

Named “Kunlun”, the project draws inspiration from the majestic Kunlun Mountains, blending modern haute couture artistry with the profound spirit of traditional culture. It aspires to become the region’s first fourth-generation haute couture art luxury residence.
The arrival experience begins with a 70-meter grand entrance, its form evoking dragon scales and phoenix wings, symbolically welcoming residents home.
Stepping inside, visitors encounter a sunken water courtyard reminiscent of snow-capped peaks. Towering 13-meter white walls emulate the imagery of melting snow cascading from mountaintops, capturing the pure beauty of Kunlun. In the center, legendary jade stones serve as the spiritual essence of the design.
From spatial composition to the finest details, every element speaks the bespoke design language of Kunlun, with the exclusive seal standing as a testament to the project’s artistry and craftsmanship.
