DESMOND’s design for the 168-square-meter show flat of Zhongyuan Royal Mansion is a study in timeless poetic aesthetics, creating an exquisitely refined space that transcends time and trend.
Tailored to the authentic lifestyle aspirations of high-net-worth individuals, the design distills Zhengzhou’s unique spirit of "harmonized complexity and simplicity." Grounded in natural materials, it incorporates fluid circulation paths and hidden elements, blending functionality with seamless design. The guiding philosophy of "refined forms with luxurious essence" shapes a space where material beauty and structural elegance converge to create a discreetly luxurious haven that resonates with the inner world of its inhabitants.
Upon entering, the authentic textures of natural materials unfold, perfectly blending Zhengzhou’s elegance with modern, understated luxury, achieved through a harmonious fusion of complexity and simplicity.
The 270-degree panoramic window system bathes the living room in abundant natural light, offering a canvas-like backdrop that fully embodies Desmond’s vision for contemporary living. The floor-to-ceiling windows dissolve the boundaries between interior and exterior, framing the dynamic cityscape of Zhengzhou as part of the living space. Light filters gently through sheer curtains, casting ever-changing patterns while lush greenery and natural stone textures respond to one another, creating a space where nature and refined luxury breathe together in harmony.
The living room design avoids overly fragmented details, instead focusing on spatial depth through horizontal and vertical layering. Curved stone joints break the monotony of white elements, while rounded corners and tiered ceiling light troughs add a deeper visual dimension.
The essence of the 168㎡ show flat at Zhongyuan Royal Mansion is not just its exquisite craftsmanship; it is a declaration of living ideals and future aspirations for the city of Zhengzhou.
As the historic mercantile capital meets the dynamic force of its emerging transport hub economy, the Central Plains region now demands residential spaces that go beyond the standard urban template. Built upon a foundation of premium finishes, this creation rises as a spiritual vessel reflecting the essence of contemporary Zhengzhou and an experimental platform for reimagining urban living.
