Amid the vibrant growth of Zhengzhou’s High-Tech Zone, a new space emerges—where global vision meets Eastern grace. The Royal Mansion Sales Center is not merely a preview of what lies ahead, but an urban art lounge shaped by the soul of “blossoms in full array.” Here, the modern sophistication of Andaz Hotel in Shenzhen converges with the cultured elegance of Neo-Shanghai style, and the natural lyricism of Chengdu Poly Tan Gim, to craft a singular realm of beauty and hospitality. Step inside and a soaring 5.8-meter-high hall opens before you—an architectural overture that sets the tone for an extraordinary homecoming. The vast volume feels like an art sanctuary, where design and light weave a shifting tapestry overhead. Floor-to-ceiling glass frames a carefully composed garden tableau, infusing the space with a refined Neo-Shanghai sensibility. Here, contemporary luxury in the Andaz tradition meets the quiet dignity of Eastern detail—every gesture a sincere welcome to distinguished guests. Beyond the reception, the 4.5-meter-high model zone opens in luminous clarity. The transparent, expansive layout places both the High-Tech Zone’s urban blueprint and the project’s own vision within a single sweeping view. A giant digital screen animates the city’s pulse, while a finely crafted three-dimensional model—part sculpture, part masterplan—maps out the contours of tomorrow. The interplay of ceiling height, natural light, and precision detail creates an immersive, forward-looking experience that stirs anticipation for life yet to come. At the center, a circular art bar forms the space’s lively core. Its flowing ring shape, like a blossom at peak bloom, draws people together. Six thoughtfully placed sofa alcoves offer havens for intimate conversation or quiet pause. True to the “blossoms in full array” concept, each is linked to the outdoors by sweeping glass, embraced by landscape, and softly screened with Andaz-inspired panels—creating private yet open “islands.” Floral artistry is the Sales Center’s most eloquent visual language, threaded through every scene. The Royal Mansion Sales Center is more than a place to view real estate—it is an invitation to a way of living.
