The portable air traffic control (ATC) test instrument, with its breakthrough design concept, achieves a perfect balance between safety maintenance efficiency and portability, providing a professional-grade solution for aviation equipment inspection.
Adhering to the design concept of "simplicity is the ultimate sophistication", the shape is based on the natural curvature of the human palm for a micro-arc design, completely overturning the mechanical coldness of traditional handheld devices. The color system adopts a dual-axis contrast aesthetic, Composite process sandblasting anodizing electrolytic coloring,with the main body selected in aviation light gray to highlight the technological texture. The anti-collision structure uses deep space gray, visually dividing the functions into different zones.
Adopting an aviation-grade lightweight architecture, it achieves functional integration through a modular cavity layout. Combined with an original "loop" -shaped innovative heat dissipation structure, it strikes a balance between weight and efficient heat dissipation while ensuring strength. The overall weight of the machine is reduced by 35% compared to traditional equipment.
The anti-collision system adopts an L-shaped wrap design and has been verified through a 1.2-meter multi-angle drop test, demonstrating excellent reliability. The waterproof sealing process meets the aviation-grade protection standard IP67. The module interface adopts a highly reliable connection solution to ensure signal stability in complex environments and can meet the needs of different test scenarios.
The usage mode caters to both handheld and hand-held needs. The U-shaped grip structure perfectly fits the natural curvature of handheld use, and the staggered layer design enhances operational comfort, conforming to ergonomics.
This portable air traffic control test instrument adopts a systematic and innovative design concept, successfully integrating multiple system testing functions into one, and creating a portable comprehensive testing terminal suitable for extreme environments.
