CHENGDU YUEXIU GEORLOUR LUXE RESIDENCE

Located in Chenghua District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, this project began with a collaborative design workshop involving architects, interior designers, and landscape designers, led by the project manager. The aim was to maintain the urban resort-style concept of the first phase, and this guided the subsequent design work across all disciplines. The landscape design team analyzed and evaluated several popular high-end residential projects and urban resort hotels, ultimately choosing to draw inspiration from the Four Seasons Hotel on the Chao Phraya River in Thailand, incorporating hotel aesthetics and a resort-like experience into the design, aiming to create a luxurious, resort-style residential community. We envisioned infusing everyday life with the luxurious ambiance of a hotel, the relaxing atmosphere of a resort, and the natural charm of a verdant oasis, creating a comfortable and relaxing living environment amidst the bustling city, thus enhancing the quality of life. Unlike traditional flat, point-based landscape layouts, we focused on creating a sense of atmosphere and scene. The result is a landscape structure comprising one central core, two main axes, six themed gardens, and one shared street: a central luxury courtyard, a north-south arrival/departure axis, an east-west lifestyle axis, six themed residential gardens, and a vibrant community street. This allows residents to truly experience a luxurious, resort-style garden setting, hidden yet accessible within the city.
