The BLUETTI RVSolar 48V Power System is a fully integrated off-grid power solution designed to simplify installation for RVs, boats, and off-grid setups. Streamlined into five key modular components, its pre-wired, all-in-one design enables setup and initialization in approximately 30 minutes, reducing installation time by up to 90% compared with conventional bespoke solutions.
Built on a 48V high-voltage architecture, the RVSolar delivers 30% higher efficiency than traditional 12V systems and provides up to 6kW (AC + DC) of reliable output—enough to power essential appliances such as air conditioners, cooktops, pumps, and lighting. Achieving a full recharge in as fast as 90 minutes, the system supports multiple charging sources, including solar, generator, shore power, and vehicle alternator. Its modular design is expandable up to 122 kWh, supporting long-term energy independence.
As an open system, it supports compatible third-party batteries, electrical panels, solar panels, and components via open CAN protocol communication, enabling RV owners and modders to upgrade used RVs, DIY trailers, or swap individual components with ease. Engineered for reliability, the RVSolar incorporates second-generation automotive-grade LFP batteries with IP65 protection. A self-heating function ensures dependable operation down to −20 °C (−4 °F), while the pack is rated for over 6,000 cycles to 80% capacity—delivering a potential service life of up to 17 years.
The RVSolar also enables RVs and boats to achieve home-like smart control. With the optional Epanel Smart Distribution Panel and 10.1" Epad Central Control Screen, users can manage up to 4 AC and 20 DC appliances in real time. Essential loads such as air conditioners, water heaters, and fans can be assigned to dedicated circuits with remote control, timers, and usage tracking via the BLUETTI app. AI self-diagnostics provide fault alerts, while monitoring covers water levels, temperature, and power usage. The system integrates with onboard generators for quiet, low-emission operation, and U.S. users benefit from an Extreme Weather Alert Mode.
