Located within the Optics Valley Ecological Corridor, the Kingsoft Wuhan Headquarters neighbors Xiaomi Wuhan Science and Technology Park to the north and spans 35,000 square meters, accommodating up to 9,000 employees. As the company’s largest R&D center in China, it is envisioned as a global game publishing hub, the international headquarters for WPS, and a base for digital healthcare, art production, and remote collaboration platforms. The project sets a new benchmark for corporate headquarters in the tech industry by blending modern aesthetics, ecological values, and smart technologies.

Guided by the concept “Creating the Future with Keys, Building with Core,” the design symbolizes Kingsoft’s ambition to pioneer an intelligent future. Space is restructured into layered zones, using finite “keys” to unlock infinite possibilities, aligning with office trends of efficiency, wellness, and human-centric innovation.

The lobby is defined by a transparent glass curtain wall that introduces abundant natural light. A custom reception desk inspired by mountain contours, together with brand colors and graphic elements, reinforces corporate identity while creating an atmosphere of openness and artistry. Shared zones employ modular, multifunctional concepts, enabling flexible usage. Negotiation areas feature layered BOX units and greenery, while open breakout zones and private spaces balance collaboration with privacy.

Office spaces support the needs of a young, tech-driven workforce by offering flexible workstations, multifunctional meeting rooms, and smart conference systems. A multifunctional hall adapts to conferences, exhibitions, and sports, enhancing efficiency and versatility. Natural elements are integrated throughout, creating a human-centric, intelligent environment that transcends traditional office boundaries.

The design embraces ecological mindfulness, optimizing daylight and natural materials to harmonize with its surroundings. It reflects Kingsoft’s cultural DNA and corporate values, conveying responsibility and vision. By connecting vast landscapes with open, adaptable spaces, the headquarters embodies clarity, precision, and inclusivity—where occupants are both observers of nature and integral participants within it.
