In terms of system architecture, the system adopts a model that combines intelligent sensing terminals with a cloud-based traceability platform, integrating 22 functional modules such as temperature monitoring, humidity sensing, location tracking, and vibration recording. It enables comprehensive monitoring and early warning of key parameters like temperature fluctuations inside cold chain trucks, meeting the multi-scenario cold chain management needs of different types of aquatic products. Meanwhile, the real-time synchronization and intelligent feedback of data across all stages greatly improve the full-cycle collaborative management and control capability. This reduces the frequency of manual inspections by 29.2%,
shortens the average abnormal response time by 26.8%, and significantly enhances logistics stability.
Additionally, the system can fully record the entire chain of data for aquatic products from origin to end, including fishing time, temperature and humidity of processing environments, temperature curves during transportation, and warehousing and storage information. It enables full-lifecycle traceability and in-depth analysis of each batch of products, which not only provides a reliable basis for quality improvement and responsibility definition but also significantly enhances supply chain transparency.
Furthermore, the system is equipped with an intuitive visual monitoring interface, allowing staff to view key cold chain indicators in real-time via logistics dashboards or mobile terminals. No complex training is required, which not only significantly lowers the usage threshold but also effectively improves management efficiency, bringing a major breakthrough to the enhancement of traceability capabilities in the aquatic product cold chain logistics.
