TIMELESS REALM

The "Zhonghai · Time Realm" is located in Jinan, a beautiful land of "Qilu Youth Unfinished". Inspired by the poetic scenes of "distant view, brocade clusters, and clouds" in Du Fu's "Wangyue", it interprets the cultural heritage of Qilu with modern design vocabulary. The project witnesses time with a 600 year old tassel tree, creating a natural and cultural dialogue that transcends time and space.
The space unfolds in three layers of poetic scenery: the main entrance is arranged in a sequence of "distant view", with a 92 meter Fei Li painting scroll, towering walls, and mirrored water features, together creating a luxurious and ceremonial homecoming ceremony. The sunken courtyard is characterized by a "brocade cluster", inspired by the Persian Feon Garden. The central jade mirror pool and tiered flower pool reflect the blooming flowers of the four seasons, creating a three-dimensional and magnificent natural painting. The Giverny Garden incorporates the meaning of 'clouds', similar to the Monet Garden, depicting Impressionist paintings of light and shadow flow and changes through lotus ponds, geometric paths, and art walls.
Here, the majestic spirit of the land of Qilu blends with the modern spirit of the world, creating a masterpiece of living that is carved together by nature, art, and time.
