Design objectives: Enhance urban quality, create high-quality boutique residences, and establish a benchmark for excellent housing in Shenzhen.
The overall planning of the project features two super high-rise buildings and one high-rise building. The three towers are arranged in an enclosed group layout, which not only aligns with the urban fabric but also incorporates the architectural cultural characteristics of Lingnan. On the south side of the ground floor, facing Haofang Plaza, arcades and overhead public spaces are designed, and wind and rain corridors are set up within the community, both of which reflect the rich architectural heritage of Lingnan. The entire third floor of the towers is elevated to create public leisure spaces, which not only enhance the community's public activity functions but also improve climatic conditions by facilitating ventilation and creating convective winds.
The building's facade is predominantly modern and minimalist, emphasizing the bright and transparent aesthetic typical of coastal areas. To harmonize with the style of the adjacent office building, the protruding glass blocks in the podium have been designed with arcuate edges. The human-scale design elements highlight the project's quality and character, with every material and detail meticulously crafted and refined. At the entrance, the second-floor glass structure, combined with night scene lighting, delineates a crystal-clear form during the day and, at night, the internally illuminated LOGO pattern reflects the project's cultural essence.
