CCFED SCI-TECH INNOVATION BUILDING, located in the core area of the eastern part of Guangzhou's Financial City, stands as a super-Grade A office building that integrates green low-carbon and intelligent construction. It has won multiple authoritative certifications including China's Nearly Zero Energy Building and Gold-level Carbon Neutral Building. Its lighting design is committed to becoming a global benchmark for ultra-high-rise lighting design project.
nated by precisely crafted light and shadow, resemble a "steel backbone," supporting the towering structure of the building. In our lighting design, we adhere to a low-carbon philosophy, drawing inspiration from the concept of "rising step by step, soaring towards the sky" to outline the corporate spirit of ambition and upward growth at night. The tower crown is highlighted with warm-toned light, creating a distinct visual separation from the tower body, with clear layering. The solar-powered chimney, enhanced by a linear lighting system, emphasizes its vertical extension and structural rhythm. The elevated floor lighting focuses on human-centered guidance, improving pedestrian flow efficiency and safety. The surrounding landscape lighting harmonizes with this, collectively forming a continuous pattern of light and shadow, achieving an organic unity between the building, the site, and the city. This creates a perfect visual feast at night, combining corporate culture with low-carbon principles in an exceptional lighting experience.
The facade lighting, with its meticulously designed "dual anti-glare" system, allows light to flow like a delicate veil, effectively minimizing glare and preserving visual tranquility both indoors and outdoors. Light and architecture harmoniously coexist in this moment. Additionally, relying on intelligent flow detection and control, the lighting modes are precisely adjusted during nighttime to meet the needs of each moment. During peak pedestrian traffic, the lighting brightens at the right time, while dynamic lighting highlights the building's upward momentum and vibrant energy at night. In the late hours, the lighting softens like a dream, balancing basic illumination with energy efficiency. At night, it becomes a symbol of the city’s riverside skyline, silently fulfilling its commitment to energy conservation, where visual art and low-carbon ideals blend perfectly.
