This project, located in Shenyang’s Dadong District, revitalizes an old industrial area, seamlessly blending historical heritage with modern infrastructure such as subway lines and industrial clusters. The design concept centers around a "pan-club elevated floor," breaking traditional club boundaries by integrating social interaction, leisure, and sports into the architectural fabric. This creates a dynamic, all-age social space, raising the regional quality benchmark.
Inspired by "white egrets spreading their wings in flight," the design integrates luxury resort elements from Aman Resorts and Cheval Blanc, offering a balance of ritual and experiential value. The 80-meter-long front facade sets a hotel-style tone, with three-tiered water features along the central axis. High-end materials like Prada Green luxury stone, Hermès Grey marble, and Black Galaxy marble are paired with coffee-toned stainless steel, creating a textured, luxurious experience. Custom illuminated signage and water features enhance the ritual axis.
The project features an innovative curtain wall system using high-reflective glass and perforated aluminum panels, which captures natural light, shadows, and the urban skyline. At the entrance, a parametrically designed bronze petal-shaped starry ceiling is paired with a luxury stone curtain wall and a flower-shaped logo, symbolizing auspicious meanings. The secluded backyard courtyard is designed with vintage warm tones, an arbor inspired by the city flower (rose), cascading water features, dry streams, and an arch bridge, providing a multi-dimensional garden experience.
The core innovation lies in materializing hotel-style luxury living, incorporating iconic scenarios like a Patek Philippe-inspired lobby and Prada-themed facade. Functionally, the design integrates the needs of all age groups through spaces like the hotel-style booths and custom bars in the backyard. The project also prioritizes sustainability by using durable materials and maximizing resource efficiency.
This development revitalizes the old industrial district, creating a new model for high-end urban living. By blending innovative design with functional needs, it enhances regional vitality, offering a modern paradigm for urban renewal.
