WOOW Design has curated the SOE Specialty Coffee Series for Peet's Coffee, distilling the essence of three prestigious estates into a series of high-impact "Visual Totems."
Geisha: Inspired by a creative reimagining of the century-old Lérida Estate em-blem, the design features an agile hummingbird as a rare ecological icon. This serves as a metaphor for the precision and scarcity of micro-lot harvesting, lending the packaging a timeless, artisanal prestige.
Blue Mountain No.1: By synthesizing the JACRA No.1 certification with ele-ments of human geography, transformed a rigorous standard into a core icono-graphic symbol. This reinforces the high entry barrier of this legendary region, asserting an indisputable status of quality.
Aged Sumatra: This design parallels the rarity of the endangered Sumatran Tiger with the coffee’s own scarcity. Combined with lush rainforest motifs, the totem pays homage to the primordial landscape, echoing the profound temporal depth of the year aging process.
Unified by a vintage engraving illustration style, the series achieves a com-manding visual presence while transforming each tin into a "miniature origin en-cyclopedia." The design perfectly encapsulates Peet's commitment to global sourcing and small-batch hand-roasting, successfully fulfilling the philosophy: "The Product is the Story."
