Signature Global De-Luxe DXP is a luxury high-rise residential development located in Sector 37D, Gurugram, India. Comprising eight residential towers, a 3,200 sq m clubhouse, an integrated commercial block with 21,000 sq m of retail, and a basement car park, the development offers a comprehensive live-work-leisure environment. Residential units range from three-bedroom apartments to penthouses, catering to a diverse spectrum of lifestyles.
Strategically positioned along the Dwarka Expressway, the development enjoys excellent connectivity to Gurugram, Delhi, Sohna, and Indira Gandhi International Airport. The masterplan is carefully configured to ensure unobstructed views for all residents, reinforcing a strong sense of openness and spatial quality throughout the development.
The design concept, “A Gateway to Gurugram,” is expressed through a collection of iconic high-rise towers that establish a distinctive skyline presence. Variations in tower height create a dynamic silhouette while maximising panoramic views from each residence. A unifying façade strategy, characterised by a variable horizontal pattern, links the residential blocks into a cohesive architectural identity. Units feature spacious living and dining areas, with balconies that extend the spaces, encouraging natural ventilation and minimising heat gain on warmer days. Common areas and staircases are naturally ventilated - with screens for privacy. The biophilic design also includes extensive planters, improving the micro-climate within the development.
At ground level, generous communal gardens and public activity spaces foster social interaction and community living. The clubhouse forms the social heart of the development, offering a resort-like environment set within lush landscaped grounds. Facilities include swimming pools, sports amenities, a spa, gym, mini-theatre, workspaces, a fine-dining restaurant, banquet halls, and dedicated visitor access.
The two-storey retail mall accommodates a mix of anchor tenants and specialty shops, providing convenience and everyday services for residents. Designed with intuitive circulation, natural ventilation, and ample sun shading, the mall offers a comfortable and inviting environment, complemented by rooftop restaurants with open-sky dining.
