ZHENYUN

Zhenyun is situated in the Qinghe Area of Haidian District, boasting a well-developed road network. Supported by comprehensive facilities covering industry, education, medical care, and ecological amenities, this project leverages the advantages of Haidian's urban planning strategies.
Located within the scope of Beijing's "Three Hills and Five Gardens", the project enjoys a superior natural environment. It is surrounded by iconic landmarks: Yuanmingyuan Garden and the Summer Palace to its southwest; Baiwang Mountain, Fragrant Hills, and Yuquan Mountain to the west. With unobstructed views to the west and south of the site, it offers panoramic vistas of the exclusive landscapes. As a renowned Beijing destination combining mountain and river scenery, Zhenyun is endowed with an unparalleled natural environment.
The masterplan maximizes these landscape resources. Internally, the layout is structured around a "mountain axis" and a "water axis": the east-west mountain axis evokes solemnity and ceremony, while the north-south water axis harmonizes with the elegance of the Qinghe River. A street-corner garden at the site’s turning point ensures seamless integration into the urban fabric.
The façade design employs a full curtain wall system, emphasizing classic aesthetics and creating a rhythmic urban landmark. The bubilding composition unfolds like an exquisite horizontal scroll. Landscape design draws inspiration from Wu Guanzhong’s ink wash paintings, blending nature and art. Customized elements—including water features, premium stone, sculptures, and vegetation—are thoughtfully placed throughout the community.
At the intersection of the mountain and water axes lie the Four-Season Evergreen Hall and a luxury private club. The Hall introduces an interior evergreen garden to residential design, offering greenery and warmth even in chilly winter. An arched structure composed of 2,776 high-transparency resin panels frames magnificent golden sunsets. The fitness area includes a 25-meter temperature-controlled swimming pool and Water-Rower aerobic training equipment. The club also features an international-standard squash court, a dedicated table tennis zone, a library, and a private banquet hall, catering to the recreational and daily needs of all ages.
