Design Concept
The overall packaging is shaped like a wrench and adopts a classic base and lid structure, consisting of a base box and an upper cover.
1. Base Box (Precision Lining System)
Core Innovation: Precision die-cutting is applied inside the base box to form slots that highly fit the contours of the wrenches, with a horizontal line running through the middle for easy access. This design fixes each wrench independently, fundamentally avoiding collision and sliding between them.
2. Upper Cover
The sizes of the complete set of wrench models are printed inside the upper cover, which is clearly visible when the cover is opened. The clear information allows consumers to quickly locate the required wrench model.
3. Material
Corrugated board is chosen for its cost controllability and 100% recyclability, complying with the trend of green packaging. The main production processes are precision die-cutting and creasing, enabling integrated forming without additional pasting or cushioning materials such as foam plastic, thus reducing both cost and environmental burden.
4. Strap
Double-side buckles are designed on both sides of the box, and bright orange straps are used to fasten the upper cover and the base box, paired with a metal ring. This adds a metallic visual effect to the wrench set box and forms a striking contrast with the relatively dull color of the natural corrugated paper.
