Collision of Technology and Aesthetics

This design project is the global headquarters of a technology company. It uses a welcoming and comfortable working space as the starting point for interpretation of the design, and presents novel and generous as the design origin idea for the building.

At the blueprint phase, because the base was relatively long and narrow, how to create a welcoming atmosphere at the entrance, make the appearance seem not too aggressive, and the view harmonious and consistent; for this reason, the designer used a vertical high-rise, multi-story facade structure, and translucent glass volume for design planning.

Retreat on each floor of the whole building and set up multi-layer greening to allow sunlight, air, and water to enter. The multi-layer facade structure reduces the amount of sunlight and reduces carbon emissions under the natural circulation of exhaust-air. The quantity, the original vitality spreads and grows in the cold and hard-looking in building exterior, and then becomes the soft and fertile soil in the soul.

As the corporate headquarters of the company, apart from the sustainable design of the building itself; in the space planning, the designer also designs a variety of spaces that can be used interspersed with each other, scattered in the office space, and the time axis of the day can be more diverse. Extend the overall lifespan of the building and achieve the effect of sustainable circulation.



Design is an expression of aesthetics. Create the connotation contained therein, and architecture can naturally become profound and timeless.
