The facade of Central Mansion creates a subtly inward-curving sense of order through asymmetrical, streamlined curved surfaces. By combining a carefully selected palette of deep crimson stone-effect and sleek navy-blue finishes, the design articulates the modernist DNA of Haipai (Shanghai-style) culture. Accents of silver stainless steel highlight the building’s silhouette, giving the facade a strong contemporary presence.
Through the systematic use of custom metal profiles, the project addresses complex junctions and scaling in its curved forms. A full-lifecycle BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflow was employed to ensure precision from fabrication to on-site assembly. This careful attention to technological aesthetics gives the building a refined "industrial art" quality while achieving top-tier sustainability credentials, including LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, and China Green Building 3-Star certifications.
The spatial sequence rises from a fluid, pilotis-supported canopy at the base to a glass-clad crown. This modern reinterpretation of the classical tripartite composition creates a dialogue across time between traditional proportions and contemporary techniques. The warmth of the materials, combined with precise craftsmanship, celebrates the richness of local Haipai heritage, ultimately delivering a world-class residential community that blends high-density living with functional elegance.
