Located in the city’s most cherished and rare location, the project inherits the millennia-old cultural legacy of the ancient city to the north, while bordering the ecological waterfront of the Hutuo River to the south. It enjoys the dual advantages of “profound historical heritage + picturesque riverside ecology”.
With an ultra-low plot ratio of 1.33, the project features rare 5-to-6-story garden houses. Embracing the elegant order of traditional Eastern aesthetics and the natural authenticity of the Hutuo River, it takes “Song-style aesthetics” as its structural soul and the “riverside charm” as its spiritual essence, forming a spatial layout of “one axis, one belt, and two courtyards”. Anchored by a north-south central ceremonial axis and an east-west poetic waterfront landscape belt, the design weaves together multiple ceremonial spaces, including a welcoming entrance, a sunken courtyard, and meandering garden paths. This creates an immersive experience where “greenery greets the eyes from every window, and scenery changes with every step”, seamlessly integrating modern living with the ritual sense of the ancient city—a new paradigm of low-density living.
The architectural façade draws inspiration from the essence of Longxing Temple, reinterpreting traditional roof-crafting techniques through a contemporary lens to capture the elegant, dynamic form of Song-style overhanging eaves. The refined, fluid, and horizontally extended façade lines, accentuated by delicate traditional Chinese motifs, revive the grandeur of Eastern aesthetics. Designed with an inclusive spirit, the architecture blends harmoniously into the ecological fabric of the Hutuo River, coexisting in symbiosis with the city’s natural and cultural context. Enduring through time, it stands as a timeless riverside masterpiece.
