Shenyang Shengjing Jiuzhang Show Unit

The 202-unit model apartment of Shenyang Zhonghai·Shengjing Jiuzhang, created by Gongxiang Design, centers on a life theater that progresses layer by layer, adopting an eclectic style that blends classic, modern, artistic, and cultural collectibles, shaping a peak-level living atmosphere. The design breaks traditional furniture layouts, using enclosed home clusters to create a family lounge that accommodates communication and interaction; inspired by the winter sun, light-colored bases paired with white sculptures, and material details such as ice-crack textures and shell panels, present a delicate texture in the interplay of light and shadow. The dining room emphasizes ritual and storytelling, drawing inspiration from "Julie & Julia" to inject a humanistic charm. The master bedroom returns to the essence of quiet rest, with the bed wrapped in warm woodwork and soft fabrics, while the adjacent X space serves as a flexible area to meet diverse needs. The children's room forgoes a conventional desk, focusing instead on play and parent-child interaction, nurturing the child's imagination. The overall design takes real families as its blueprint, integrating quality, emotion, personality, and spiritual nourishment into the space, like a narrative poem, embedding logic in functionality and poetry in details.
