CONCENTRIX OFFICE: THE ECLECTIC OF YOGYAKARTA

As part of the business expansion in Indonesia, Concentrix plan to build a call centre hub in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Concentrix chose Lippo Mall Plaza as their new address, located in Jl Laksda Adisucipto No.32-34, right in the heart of Yogyakarta.

The total nett space is 1.349 m2, located in 2nd floor, leased to support the total capacity of 222 staffs, with addition 48 seats for training rooms. They also need supporting space such as Lobby, Meeting Room, Cafeteria, Praying Room, Medical Room, Server Room and UPS Room.

Concentrix wants to build a Fresh, Modern, Fun, and Colourful office interior style to support the 24 hours business operations, which most of their staff age is ranged from 25 - 35 years old

“The Eclectic of Yogyakarta” is the design concept that we applied to the Concentrix Office in Yogyakarta. The concept of eclectic, which means comprises of heterogeneous elements in interior design, combined the modern office design with cultural heritage of Yogyakarta.

The design concept is inspired from Concentrix’s business strategy: “Global consistency with Local intimacy”. As a technology-enabled global business services company specializing in customer engagement and improving business performance, Concentrix keen to deliver the customer experiences in the local language and culture.

Therefore, blending a modern work culture with local identity is one of the important strategies to their success. Welcome to the new office in Yogyakarta, Indonesia!
