Vanke • Cosmo City Co-Life Experience Center

The project is the sales, exhibition and experience center of a residential property located in southwest outskirts of Zhengzhou, China. It enjoys a favorable geographic location, with convenient access to transportation and town-level infrastructure. There are several scenic spots and new residential developments within a few kilometers away from the site. The area where the project situated is not yet fully developed, but it has great development potential.
The site is not far away from the city while is also close to nature, such unique location provides the source of inspiration for the design. It enables us to create a commercial, experiential and exhibition space that integrate various business formats, while at the same time reflecting on the harmony of modern life and ecological environment.
We organized the functional layout based on business formats and activities, and meanwhile strengthened visual effects and hierarchical relation in the space via structural languages, thereby creating a versatile space themed on art, life and sharing.
It's a destination that offers diversified cultural and lifestyle experiences, and a shared socializing space in the community.
