Being a landmark, the tower is the highest building in the Shenzhen North Station area at 258m. Relying on its advantages of transportation with ideal accessibilities of the railway+subway, it is built into a vertical urban complex integrating offices, apartments, retails and traffic transition. The tower has a smart form that rotates 3 times from bottom to top by stepped terraces (sky gardens) with an 11° angle to create a general “upward motion”.Each individual façade forms a complex graduated geometry, which is distinctive and unique when viewed from different angles of the urban landscape.
