Fashions Bistro

"Fashions Bistro" is one of the famous food and beverage brands in Tainan City. This case is located in the second hall of Nanfang Shopping Center. The brand takes food and wine, and gathering friends as the starting point, and combines the four cores of catering, music, art and fashion, and implements the concept of life as enjoyment in the space.



The design team wanted to bring the dining guests to the elegant and exquisite atmosphere of a foreign winery. First of all, in order to let users experience the ritual of entering the wine cellar, the designer set up a dark wood-grained display cabinet at the entrance of the restaurant, matched with the warm herringbone parquet floor and the line board background wall of the corridor. It kicked off a dining environment that integrates multiple elements. "Music" is one of the characteristics of Fashions Bistro. With a large arc-shaped lamp holder is installed in the center of the restaurant, mounted a circular chandelier, to make the height difference. It seems that jumping notes are flowing in every corner of the restaurant, and to let the melody linger in the space. In order to highlight the luxurious atmosphere in the restaurant, the designer added metal trims on the large pillars in the middle of the restaurant. Through clever lighting decorations, and the reflection of the large area of the shopping mall’s floor-to-ceiling glass, the art and the purpose of fashion is completely conveyed to the guests who come to dine through the space design.
