Fantasia. Real Estate Exhibition Hall “Splendin Mansion”

以生态公园城为主题的地产销售大厅，将空间功能分为4个部分：前区接待，会客厅，展览中心和咖啡厅。为了诠释公园城市主题，设计师采用了克制的方法，用温暖和被动的方式，让每一个体验者感知户内外关系，以及生态环保的不奢侈理念。入户前厅巨大月亮是色温可变，以体验空间里面有不同环境和不同时间感觉，咖啡厅吧台上方是儿童游戏区，孩子和父母可通过玻璃圆球互相观望。咖啡区中心火炉为冬天客人提供温暖。所有的灯都是隐蔽的，只能见光和光的反射

This is a real estate sales hall with the theme of Ecological Park City. There are 4 parts in total: the front area reception, the meeting room, the exhibition center and the coffee shop. The huge moon decoration in the entrance hall can change the color or temperature to correspond to different times and atmospheres. Above the cafe bar is a children’s play area, where parents can see their children through the glass ball. The central fire in the coffee area provides warmth to guests in winter. All the lights are concealed, illuminating the space with reflected light.
