Landscape Design of Duofu Nanhu City Exhibition Center

We hope to realize the perfect integration of nature and city in this futuristic space, to bring nature and art into life, and to carry the ark of nature fly to the future. The design forms a perfect extra-long-scale urban landscape and a horizontally extended plaza surface combined with the view wall and green clusters, maximizing the 3D visible surface of the building. The overall space is in a mild off-white color tone, and the gloss, hue and brightness of the materials are carefully selected to achieve the desirable effect. In addition, low saturation and low brightness matte materials are chosen to present a state of integration with grass and trees. In front of the sales office is a water platform surrounded by a promenade, where light and shadow penetrate through the wall and interact with the ripples, the waterfall hanging down, combining motion and stillness. Entering the sales office, to create an introverted effect of the negotiation area, we reduce the decorative sense, unify the texture of the façade and decrease the construction for self-expression. After the deletion and simplification, the spatial qualities itself eventually become the protagonist of the space. A pocket park is located on one side of the park, where the stimulation spaceship allows kids to explore the mysteries of the universe. The amusement facilities, mainly geometric blocks, break through the traditional amusement park model, creating a trance between the future and reality. Its characteristic pavement blends curves and straight lines, with the dynamic and static areas complementing each other.
