The Fengcheng Jinmao Palace is located in Taizhou of Jiangsu Province, a city boasts a rich culture and is home to plenty of known scholars. The design of Jinmao Palace is inspired by the city’s excellent geography. Aiming to blending the ritual concepts into modern living, designers drew on the building methods of traditional Chinese architecture and shows a perfect symmetry. Actually, ideas, art and nature all have the power to heal and inspire. Thus we seek to re-establish the connection between thought, humanity, art and the house, the palace and the landscape through design. The modern palace stands out with breathtaking details, elegant and fashionable design as the interiors is impressive, while the exteriors is comfortable. The combination of golden brown and light grey colours is harmonious, and brass elements are used in many details to inject a sense of luxury. The simple, hard lines and blocks are used to interpret the space composition, focusing on light, shadow and scenes as well as the collision of different materials to emphasize the delicate changes. The huge ceiling height brings in a sense of ritual to the space, and the greenery inside echoes that outside.
