The owner chef Yasushi Karato creates a menu based on “A healthy feast for daily staff meals” as put forward the theme of ‘the beauty of vegetables’. It is an all-day dining with 90 square feet, which would accommodate 36 seats located in Osaka, Japan.
The design theme of restaurant is “A toy box of Kitchen”.A mixture of contrasting material, patterns and culture gives a feeling of fairness and spaciousness.
The contents were turned over and scattered. Various elements(such as Japanese, Western, triangular, square, circle, straight line, curve, color, and wood grain) are mixed, and they harmonize deliciously. Bowl & strainer light, pancake mirror, Origami wall, millefeuille counter…. As turning their backs on the egg cutters and sit on grain bags, guests feel the joy of gastronomy in this fascinating chaos.
