This case is located in Harbin, popularly known as the "city of ice", which integrates multiple high-quality resources, such as technological innovation, ecology, education and commerce. The designer starts with the neutral style, and matches ice city elements with contemporary techniques, to build a boundless smart residential quarter of big park and new town, in the form of the integration of industry and city. Meanwhile, it shows the charm of the ice city, and creates a sales office imbued with the "temperament of Harbin".
