YITIAN· YIKE TOWER

Located in Yanziling Nanbu Community, Pingshan District, Shenzhen .

"Intelligence" and "ecology", as our core concepts, are designed to strive to establish relationship with Yanziling Park. In the podium and the tower, different levels of green and open space are created to form a multi-dimensional and three-dimensional "ecological valley".



The architectural layout fully conforms to the urban relationship. Through volume cutting, the tower is arranged diagonally to form a visual corridor from the trunk road to Yanziling Park and the axis of public space, combining the project and Yanziling Park organically in the city.



The design of commercial space is different from the traditional enclosed malls. With the concept of "multiple first floors" introduced, the design can sufficiently open the limited space and creates continuous space experiences such as squares, streets, courtyards and greenery, which are connected to Yanziling Park through the second floor corridor to realize full interaction with the nature.



Combining low-carbon and intelligence with facade design, invisible vertical windows are adopted in the tower, with perforated aluminum plates on the outside, which can not only ensure the ventilation environment, but also create a more concise and pure facade image. Silver-gray external vertical metal components, separated from the glass surface at a certain distance, form a sculptural and shadow effect of light in the sun, and a tall and powerful look.



Under the simple and intellectual tower and with the hope of creating interests on the commercial facade, we create changing effects from virtual to reality from different angles through using folding facade language and alternate setting of aluminum plates and glass. The design of the main entrance in commerce is the finishing point of the project. We creatively adopt the combination of the light guide plate and printed glass, and the oblique look and gorgeous lighting at night create a scientific and futuristic entrance image, which is the significant symbol of "intelligent city".
