HYZ Foot Spa

It used to be a service apartment and part of the rooms are put into operation. For the first time in the field, the designer noticed the numerous unsettled down pipes which extend from the upper floors down to the lower floors with intermittent sound——this is one of the problem our designer needs to solve. However, passing through the standing down pipes and seeing the urban buildings scattered in the fog through the windows, we feel as if we are in a floating urban forest, and the creative inspiration is thus born.
As for the public areas, with the visual principle of near big and far small, close and distant close layout,
we beautify those exposed down pipes on the one hand, and add different number of modules to form a forest-like area. By means of printing transparent soft film, a forest scenery is occurred, where people could get a strong space-experience among the oasis in the depth of woods and forests. With the reflection of mirror stainless steel on the top surface, the sense of space boundary is blurred, so that people can experience infinite possibilities in limited space, and feel the extension and amplification of space from the picture without depth.
The design of hot water bathing pool is inspired by ladder——on the top is a window created by luminous membrane structures, the wall besides the window is a forest-like area built with concrete. It seemed to be bathed in the forest of the skylight. The whole space is full of vitality, and a soft transition is achieved between indoor and outdoor space.
Walking through the quiet corridor, we notice that along the way is one forest after another. From decorative materials to soft lighting, all of them show the profound contemporary art atmosphere.
The box area is dominated by beige wall cloth and artistic texture paint. The soft curved top surface and simple wall shape seem to smooth out the complicated troubles of the outside world. You only need to close your eyes to feel and enjoy the quiet forest scenery.
