Shenzhen Vanke Longcheer Yacht Club Hotel

Vanke Longcheer Yacht Club Hotel is located in Dapeng Bay in the east, known as the "Peach Blossom Spring" of Shenzhen. It has a 470-meter-long coastline, backed by Shenzhen’s second highest peak, Qiniang Mountain, and faces Dapeng Bay. The design of the building naturally combines the characteristics of the terrain and the site, and integrates the Yunnan terraces and the surrounding mountains and sea into it, making the whole building feel cordial, natural, harmonious and full of connotation. The linear site characteristics make the design form of the building need to consider the connection with the surrounding environment more. While integrating the landscape into the building naturally, it also makes the building a part of the landscape. In order to meet the public's demand for the landscape, considering that the horizontal wall building will affect the public view, the building is divided into different parts in the design. From the urban road, the roof is scattered and designed into four independent public views. The King Pavilion, like four clouds floating on the Kongming Lantern. The main entrance of the building is under one of the independent eaves. The whole building considers the relationship between the environment, the natural form and the people, and strives to create a harmonious atmosphere.
