XNEX SPORT EV

XNEX SPORT EV is a dedicated high-performance tire developed for electric vehicles (EV). With the self-developed Tire Design and Simulation System (TDSS), the tire has gone through various optimizations, innovations and breakthroughs for controllable driving with less noise and higher energy efficiency, thus extending the original driving range.

Different from conventional EV tires that fail to fulfill durability, quietness, energy saving and easy handling at the same time, XNEX SPORT EV, with its unique contour and pattern as well as a brand-new compound formula, delivered an excellent and balanced performance in Ground Contact Efficiency (GCE) test. The new contour reduces tire weight and noise, damps vibration, and also significantly improves steering response. The rubber effectively reduces the heat generation in driving because of a blend of novel elastomer molecules, new silane coupling agents and nano-silica, which further reduce tire rolling resistance, and improve endurance.

As for the aesthetics, a unique color sidewall process is applied to the tire, integrating colored rubber blocks with tires, and polishing the black surface to reveal the colored internal. The process features rubber blocks with various colors, higher colorfastness and easier daily cleaning and maintenance, meeting users’ requirements for individuation and artistic expression.

XNEX SPORT EV is also equipped with two special advanced techniques—Silenteck™ and Healteck™. The Silenteck™ can reduce more noise in driving, and the Healteck™ can extend the driving distance of punctured tires, improving driving safety in long distance travel or complex road conditions.
