Chongqing Rsun Time Pavilion Sales Center

Rsun Time Pavilion Sales Center is located on the Jiulonpo district, Next to the Baipeng Road, on the north connects to the Longyuan avenue and the Taojia National park sits on the west.

The overall project is distributed into the South and North two sites: the South area is the 191 thousand square meters residential area, on the North is the 114 square meters commercial land, furthermore, the sales center is located on the Southeast corner.

We design the space with the concept on the integration among human, nature and environment, creating a brand new living style and comprehensive experience. The project is 28km away from the city center, the sales center is located on the Southeast corner of the commercial area, crossing road of the Baipeng Road and the Guihua Road. The project’s commercial street is alongside the pedestrian’s west and south side to guarantee the streets functional completion. At the same time, providing applicable solutions for the exhibition center’s afterwards renovation.

From the design to construction process, we all apply the BIM technology. Through the 3D digital technology that simulate the real architecture’s information, coordinately providing the mutual assistant between engineering design and construction, providing consistent internal information models, achieving the integration from model to design and construction. As a result, work coordinately with different apartments, saving the project’s producing cost and guaranteed the project that completed on time.

During the design process, we try to seek what kind of architecture style that cooperated with Chongqing the best? When we had a site visit of it, it becomes more clear. Since we already had a basic understanding of Chongqing’s uniqueness and our experience in the architecture design, the combination of the cloud and the sky is the best reflection on it. Moreover, we emerged the architecture’s lightness into the local environment,emphasizing less on it’s uniqueness, but had more consideration on the environment itself.
