“Switch Board” is a two-sided cutting board that can be used to cut raw and cooked food at the same time. Similar to the concept of turning pages, the cutting board can be rapidly turned during cooking to save users from having to spend extra time to take out a second cutting board and minimize the use of countertop space.

For hygiene and safety reasons, a base made of stainless steel is added to the cutting board to prevent direct contact between the cutting board surface and the countertop, avoiding the problem of potential bacteria accumulation.

Additionally, users can move ingredients to be cooked from the cutting board to a holding plate during cooking to enable ingredients to be poured into the frying pan quickly and food waste to be disposed easily, effectively using the cutting board space.

The butting board and the base can be disassembled easily for washing and reassembled for subsequent use. The base design allows it to stand vertically to dry. Concerning the holding plate, it is effectively suspended to minimize the use of countertop space.
