The client is not only young and trendy but also treats the employees like families. Therefore, the office is planned and arranged like a home with fully equipped appliances in the kitchen and bar. Every lunchtime, the kitchen is filled with the fragrance of dishes, and the employees take turns to cook, so everyone can have delicious meals every day and live happily. The building is spacious, but the layout cannot be modified. Hence, the designers choose suitable materials and present the material in the best way possible, regardless of the complicated and troublesome workmanship. For example, the flooring is tiled in two colors and arranged with oblique angles, creating a visual effect that is large and magnifies the space. In different facades, different materials such as great stone, laminate hard plastic sheet, stone slab, and titanium plating are used. At the same time, the area ratio is accurately divided into lines and grooves to highlight the unique and eye-catching end view and shape the different characteristics of each area. The designers chose areas with good lighting and ventilation to plan spaces where employees spend a lot of time, such as office areas and meeting rooms, to save electricity, take care of employees' health and contribute to the long-term development of the corporate headquarters. In addition, the panels and curtains used in this project are made of fireproof, flameproof, environmentally friendly, and low aldehyde materials, taking into account both safety and health considerations. This is not a residence, a hotel, or a community facility. It is an office that is different from the traditional corporate headquarters, combining technology and a warm and cheerful atmosphere, and the ingenuity of the designers can be seen everywhere. The designers fully utilize the elements of black, gray, wood, and metal to create an aesthetic space of conflict and balance. The designers combine European and Japanese exoticism to redefine the modern style and overturn the image of the office and business space.
