Design Reality designed the FitCheck® Technology to revolutionise the process of mandatory fit tests every time a respirator is worn. Respirator placement, operation and maintenance are presently regulated to the extent that self-reporting on regular fit tests and a paper trails are required. Our upgradable digital system integrates with any respirator to remove the subjective factors from fit-testing, enabling a quicker, more efficient autonomous fit test. Clear reporting on respirator performance gives peace of mind to both employers and employees, ensuring higher H&S standards and adherence visibility.

FitCheck® Technology promotes safety for respirator users and proves level of responsibility for employers in the case of H&S issues with respirator users on their sites. It gives employers and employees unprecedented peace of mind, world-wide.

FitCheck® Technology provides rapid, clear indication whether a respirator is sealed. Communication is via LED system: purple prompting a fit check; green indicating that the user can proceed wearing their respirator; red – that there is a breach in the respiratory system. The external model is furnished with an extender, placing the LED within the user’s field of vision. The internal model is placed inside the mask and has a bright LED in the user's field of vision.

FitCheck® Technology eliminates doubt from fit-checking for anyone wearing a respirator or anyone who employs staff needing respirators for work. FitCheck® Technology can be upgraded to perform additional functions, depending on user needs. Its enclosures can be customised and branded on request; hence, it can support any brand.
