TIMNE OF BLISS by Valentine'Day GIFT

Pastry chef Taisuke Endo of Ginza We created a Valentine's Day gift in collaboration with a pastry chef.

We designed the triangular cake made by Patisserie Camelia so that you can enjoy it as a notebook, not as the last one.
The point is that the three-dimensional effect and brilliance of the cake are expressed with gold leaf, and when the triangular notebook is opened, it becomes a square, which is an easy-to-use structure contrary to the visual impact.
