This project has a 380 square meter outdoor courtyard, and the building itself is surrounded by scenery. Therefore, the designer opens up the layout with large windows on all sides to preserve the green landscape and allow natural sunlight to enter and fill the interior. In order to make the space with light everywhere, not cutting off either visual nor spatial sense, the designer forms a framework with light bands. Through the light, the area attributes are defined. At the same time, the foyer is hollowed out to link the living room and dining room with an open approach. The partitions and cabinets are also designed with a sense of penetration. The greenery framed by the large open windows is allowed to enter the interior and becomes the most natural decoration in the space.

In this design, the designer uses the structure of the space and the material itself as the carrier of light. Through diffuse lighting, the space and decorations become art pieces in the space. In the ceiling of the living room, a recessed triangular light box is used to contain the downlight inside. By reflecting the light in the box, the light beam from the top is gentled spread evenly in the space. The designer uses the technique of interlacing, mirroring and overlapping the virtual and physical bodies to create a dynamic and interesting but soft and comfortable space lighting for the whole project. The color planning of the entire space considers the characteristics of the materials, emphasizing light and shadow, materials, and details. Because of the interaction of light lines and metallic texture, the space where with stone is full of textured style. The designer uses light sources in a variety of ways, through diffuse lighting design and reflection of reflective materials, let the light pass between the virtual and the real, and extend naturally in the space, from the living room to the dining room to the bedroom, using light to dance a rich pattern.
