Hangzhou “Moonstar·XIXI’IN” Business Office Park

The "XIXI'IN" project has a unique natural landscape resource and business location: it is adjacent to Hangzhou Xixi Wetland Park, a "national 5A-level tourist scenic spot" in the north, West Lake and mountains in the south, and Hangzhou west traffic hub in the west. The design is based on Hangzhou's intangible cultural property, "the gold and stone seal carving of Xiling Seal Art Society”. Starting with its free-circle carving technique and creating a seal with a flexible layout, the design strives to realize the rationalization of the functions of the innovative office park and the economicalization of land use, while rejecting the weightlessness of skyscrapers. The garden-like layout creates the business office group, while the blocks and streets provide the ideal workplace ambience. The materials give the functional blocks a feeling of virtuality and solidity, and then dislocation is interspersed to encourage space penetration and integration; the street and the room are staggered out of the interaction between the inside and the outside, in order to meet the limits. The landscape in the garden stretches to every nook and cranny, and there is a one-of-a-kind spot to visit. Block-style offices will bring energy aggregation to XIXI'IN in the future. XIXI'IN will establish a dynamic urban modern business district for the city, and become a key block of innovation and vitality in Hangzhou, thanks to a high-quality park environment, professional development and operation, and assistance from national industrial parks.
