Located in the Keelung outskirts, the living space design delineates owners’ favorite neoclassical style with diverse textures, classical trimmings, golden and wooden veins. The spreading warmth of colors and graceful elegance of lines in arrays, relax the residents and uplift the spirits everyday coming home.

The overall layout is arranged based on a great need of sufficient sunlight. Walking in from the entrance to the common area, the pastel yellow spreads out with warmth to welcome the residents. Classical linear elements echo each other in each corner. On the sides, big windows introduce a great amount of natural lighting. The abstract painting style completed by 3D printing technique on the TV wall and sofa wall correspond to each other. Geometrical color blocks and lines in arrays create an interesting rhythmic aesthetic. The light straps embedded on the ceiling flows freely with sharp turns, guiding residents as a flow of the layout. The extension of lines and changes of colors establish smooth transitions of functional spaces to private areas.

The master room is applied with sound absorption panels in geometrical shapes on the wall, with a similar wooden color of the TV wall. The embedded night lamp in the wall is an ingenious highlight of the design, which not only does not take up extra space but also expands imagination. The other bedroom extends the element of classical trimming, along with the bed headboard stretched fabrics. The elegant vibe and color palette establish a comfy and neat private living.

With the owner’s advantage of having an outdoor green space on the first floor, the designer applies artificial turf on the flooring to make sure it is easy to maintain. Planting osmanthus trees along the wall, the flowers bring fragrance to the living, as well symbolizing the upcoming fortune in life. The arrangement allows residents to get closer to the surroundings, which is good for daily use, hosting guests, and kids playing.
