The Paragon, Foshan

The project is located in the Ying Yue new area, one of the three largest development areas of Gui Cheng. The area is planned to take Ying Yue Lake as the center, positioning itself as a new-concept urban area with high-quality. Therefore the project is mainly focused on creating a ‘colorful, happy and brand-new urban living’.



Spatial diversity and thematic scenes are play a key role in this project by using high-quality material, techniques and humanized design, which creates a living space with comfort, function and quality, helping residents to renew their life.



The overall space focuses on creating a rustic warm atmosphere that designer exquisitely select the use of materials. Wood, cotton, linen, woven rattan and other materials in the original white background set a sense of security where children and pet can explore the interest of life, also where householder can enjoy satisfied and happy moments when they return home.



The design is applied the concept of "no boundaries", where the living, dining, kitchen, balcony and play area are separated by large movable doors, which can be turned into an open space at any time, so that the atmosphere of each room can blend together.



One of the highlights of the design is "strong storage". While actively using the space, it is also important to minimize visual depression and balance beauty and function.



The entire storage wall is an exclusive storage area for the play area, but also for expanding the living room storage, hobby collection display and storage of children's toys and daily sundries, a wall to meet all.
