This is the world's first humanized intelligent system applied to product packaging, with functions of weigh and measurement. Faced with the development of e-commerce and logistics industries, products are prone to excessive packaging when packing, and packaging waste is common. Through quantifiable indexes and a large amount of backend data, the system can accurately spot check and inspect packaging, reduce costs and improve industrial efficiency. Especially for products shipped by air, there is a 90% possibility to avoid lightgoods, which can save tens of millions of air freight costs a year.

The background will input the algorithm formula to establish the over-packaging coefficient = the volume weight of the goods / the gross weight of the goods. The smaller the coefficient, the smaller the over-packing, the more economical the transportation. The value of the product is even accurate to the specification requirements of the product in different regions. If the standard value is exceeded during packing, the system will stop the operation and require rectification until it is perfected before it can flow to the next station, so as to optimize the excessive packaging during the operation.

The existing management method of random inspection and inspection of excessive packaging in the industry requires a lot of labor, consumes a lot of time, and can only cover a small proportion of about 10%. Through the quantifiable indexes of the system, it can clearly guide the degree of over-packaging and optimize the space, avoid data errors caused by frequent replacement of labor in this process, greatly improving efficiency, and effectively avoiding over-packaging.

Data can be linked to various versions, such as Android, Apple and Windows, without device restrictions. The system background can set different standard values and versions according to different regions, different attributes, and can monitor the global packaging operations anytime, anywhere. Due to the lack of data in the industry at present, it is impossible to establish clear over-measurement indexes and regulations. This system can help the industry establish relevant standards and promote the standardization of the industry.
