The mattress’s key innovation is its zero-glue X-shaped spring structure. By replacing adhesives with mechanical fasteners, the mattress eliminates formaldehyde and other VOC emissions at the source, making it safe for immediate use after unboxing. No more waiting for the formaldehyde to diffuse or worrying about health risks. The X-shaped springs are arranged in a crossed structure that improves local rebound and overall stability, further enhancing durability.
The product is made entirely from sustainable, eco-friendly, and traceable materials. Its surface fabric is woven from recycled ocean fibers, offering softness, abrasion resistance, breathability, and quick-drying performance. Natural camel hair adds excellent moisture-wicking performance, skin-friendliness, and thermal insulation. The mattress also uses soy-based elastic foam derived from renewable soybean oil to deliver strong support and partial biodegradability. Combined with a detachable design, the mattress can be easily disassembled and sorted for recycling at the end of its life, allowing nearly all materials to be recycled.
